I haven’t posted here for quite some time. So here’s something nice.

The batteries in an Apple mouse both face the same way. Which is pleasing and surely took far more effort than was really needed. Even the usual springy negative terminals are smooth pins, sprung from inside.

Reminds me of the Shaker craftsmanship principle that the backs of drawers were every bit as important as the fronts, even if no one ever sees them.
